About
5 Sea View has been in our family for over 40 years and is enjoyed by many friends and family at all times of the year.
Cemaes sits on the north coast of Anglesey (Ynys Môn) and is the most northerly village in Wales (excluding the nearby hamlet of Llanbadrig). Its name derives from the Welsh word cemais, meaning ‘inlet of sea’.

Cemaes Bay is a lovely village with a pretty harbour and two beaches to enjoy. Traeth Bach which literally translates to ‘Small Beach’ and Traeth Mawr, yes you guessed it translates to ‘Big Beach”! The small beach is literally on the doorstep of the cottage while the big beach is just a few minutes walk and has public toilets and a snack hut for that all important ice cream (or pizza!)

There are plenty of facilities on the High Street including a convenience store, pharmacy, 3 pubs, 2 cafes and an ice cream parlour. If you walk to the far end of the bay you will also find Gadlys Hotel up on the hill.
